1 {YouI} [{are}|will be] [blessed|happy]{CNC} if {youI} do not [walk in|follow] the [counsel|advice] of the [ungodly|wicked], nor [stand|remain|endure|tarry|delay|continue|abide|persist] in the [way|path|road|manner|habit] of sinners, nor sit in the seat of [the scornful|scoffers|mockers];

2 But if {your} [delight|pleasure|longing] is in {MY} [law|direction|instruction], {child}; and if {youI} [murmur|mutter|muse|speak with {yourself} about|contemplate|meditate in] {My} [law|direction|instruction] day and night.

3 Then {youI} will be like a tree [planted|transplanted] by the rivers of water, {NC}bringing forth {your} fruit in {your} season; {your} leaf also will not [wither|sink or drop down|languish|fall|droop|fade]; and whatever {youI} do will [prosper|succeed].

4 If {youI} {are} [ungodly|wicked], {youI} {are} not so, {NC}but {are} like the chaff which the wind [drives|blows] away.

5 Therefore, if {youI} {are} [ungodly|wicked], {youI} will not [stand|maintain yourself|be established|be confirmed|endure|be fixed|be valid|be proven] in the judgment; nor, if {youI} {are} a sinner, will {youI} stand in the [congregation|assembly|community|company] of the [righteous|just|lawful].

6 For if {youI} {are} [righteous|just|lawful], {NC}{ItheLORD} [know|watch over|{am} acquainted with] {your} [way|path|road|manner|habit]; but if {youI} {are} [ungodly|wicked], {your} [way|path|road|manner|habit] will [perish|vanish|go astray|be lost|be exterminated|be destroyed].
